Introduction to my writing process
I got a question recently about how I stay motivated to write as much as I do. The short answer is that I’ve switched from looking for a writing mindset to a writing process. For those who would rather read a short post, here is the summary of what I want to say. On the next page, you’ll be able to continue with the whole story behind my writing process.
1- I realized that waiting for the right mood and conditions to write took too long. Will power alone is not enough to engage in consistent writing. 2- I started anchoring my writing moments to predictable habit. Meaning. I write at the same time at the same place nearly every time I write. 3-Having to rely less on will and more on routine has transformed my writing.
Now. I didn’t spoil much. There is so much more to read. Examples: Why did I change my writing process? What got me into writing? What am afraid of when it comes to writing (or parts of what I’m afraid of anyway)? All starting on the next page of this post.
I’m experimenting with posting formats this month. Trying to see what feels more right and what will help my readers enjoy my posts all the more. This short intro is for those who love short posts. The rest is for those who love long posts. keep in mind, during my writing slow-down/break I may not post weekly
The attached photos are to illustrate a few points 🙂

Thank you for such a kind compliment! I’ve never looked at myself as a writing guru of any kind. I’m just applying what I’ve read, testing ideas, and sharing results.
I will check out your blog later today. Have an awesome week
