Today, I’ve got friends at my current job. People I share my interests with. Before this queen, I kept my interest as much a secret as I could (while pretending I was not that transparent to careful observers). Now, I own my experiences better.

The networking that has come of this is priceless to me. Whenever I feel too scared to approach someone and feel crippled with irrational fear… I look up this photo session and smile. Then, I go network.

It’s no magic formula. You just have to go after what you want and believe and adjust as you go along. I’m not saying throw caution to the wind. I did plan my approach. What I’m saying is… don’t stay in your head. You do eventually have to move and connect with others.

As I wrap up… I hope you enjoy the photos… as well as the penned thoughts inspired by them.
